At Hi Mr. Doggy, every product is created with love and dedication for our furry friends. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, don’t worry! We’re here to help. 

Return Policy:

– We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

– Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in new condition.

– We cannot accept returns of personalized items, items on sale, or products that are chewed, slobbered on, torn, or in any poor condition.

Process:

1. Email us at info@himrdoggy.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you instructions for the return.
3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless it was an error on our part.

Refunds:

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exceptions:

– Sale and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

– During peak seasons, processing may take a little longer (we will always keep you updated!).

Shipping within the U.S.:

– We offer standard shipping (3-7 business days) and express shipping (1-3 business days) for an additional cost.

– You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping:

– Yes, we ship internationally! Delivery times and costs vary by destination.

– International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
