How can I track my order?
An email will be sent to you when your order is shipped with the applicable tracking number(s). If you have an account you can login to view your order details. If you can’t locate your tracking number feel free to contact us.
Can I add/remove/change items from an existing order?
Once an order is submitted, contact us as soon as possible if you need to update items on your order please . The easiest way would be to create a new order with your updated items and cancel your existing order.
Can I change my shipping address on an existing order?
You can update the ship to address. We will do our best effort needs to make the change. Shipments are made between two and three days after placing your order, to avoid to send your order to an unwanted address, contact us as soon as possible through firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
You will have 24 hours to cancel before starting to sew your order. Each product is made to order.
Please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you’d like to cancel your order. We’ll make every effort to cancel your order. In some cases, we may not be able to cancel your order because we have already shipped. In these situations, we may need to process a return once your order has been delivered.
Do I need to sign for my order?
You do not need to sign for your order.
How can I return?
Place the items in a package and indicate in a note the order number, the email address and the reason for the return. When you send us an email for the first time to inform us of your return, we will inform you of the address where you should return the product.
Return shipping is not covered by Hi Mr. Doggy. We use Sendle to ship our products. They are America's first 100% carbon neutral shipping service, which is good for the world. You can use it, they have good prices and can go to pick up to your front door. Or you can use Typically USPS Parcel / First-Class.

Our priority is that you to be completely satisfied with our products. If your doggy (or you) are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of purchase, return the product for a credit or refund. The product for which you are requesting a refund / return must be in resalable condition, Send us a picture of the product before your return it and we will evaluate if it is eligible.
We will not receive products that have been bitten, torn by some fight or game. Remember they are hand sewn products.
Once the returned item is offered, we will refund the cost of the item. In order to better serve you in the future, please let us know why you are returning the item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the return. Please allow 7 business days for returns to be processed.

Currently we only offer shipping throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. We do not offer additional international shipping locations from the United States at this stage.
